4. User Content

5. Generated Videos

The free tier includes limited video generation per month. We reserve the right to modify free tier limits at any time.

6.2 Paid Plans

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Refunds are provided in accordance with our refund policy.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to:

  • Create content for illegal purposes
  • Harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Circumvent usage limits or security measures
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
  • Reverse engineer our AI technology

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including our AI technology, branding, and interface, is owned by QuickShift Labs. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works without our permission.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REALSTATEVIDEO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where QuickShift Labs operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
